Managing the project, or rescuing it.
Who this is for
Organisations running a technology programme they need managed properly, and organisations holding a project that has stopped, slipped badly, or been abandoned by its vendor.
The problem
Stalled implementations are common and rarely discussed. A system half-deployed, a vendor who has gone quiet, a budget spent with nothing in production. The instinct is to start again. Usually that is the most expensive option, and an assessment of what is salvageable costs a fraction of a rebuild.
What we do
- Project planning and management to international standards
- Supervision of execution, schedule control and milestone verification
- Requirements documentation and scope control
- Performance analysis and progress reporting to leadership
- Qualifying organisations to adopt quality standards and meet regulatory requirements
- Rehabilitation assessment of stalled or delayed projects, covering what is recoverable, what is not, and what it costs either way
- Restart and completion of recovered projects
The platform behind it
Vendor-independent. This is the one service sold entirely separately from our own software, including to organisations running someone else's system.
How an engagement runs
Rehabilitation begins with a two to three week assessment producing a recover-or-replace recommendation with costs for both. Management mandates run for the life of the programme.
What you get
For management: governance, schedules, verified milestones and honest status reporting. For rehabilitation: a written assessment of what survives, a recovery plan, and a completion route.
