A single company for work that usually takes four.

RouteFlex Integrated Solutions is registered in Baghdad as a limited liability company under Iraq's Companies Law No. 21 of 1997. We work with government bodies, banks, telecom operators, oilfield service firms and private enterprises that need software built properly and kept running afterwards.

The distinction we care about is between a company that holds one part of a project and a company that is accountable for the result. Our incorporation licenses every activity below to a single legal entity, which is why one contract can cover the strategy, the systems, the hardware and the people who run them, without a prime vendor subcontracting the parts it cannot do itself.

What we are licensed to do

Digital transformation and software solutions
Cybersecurity
Telecommunications services
Project management and rehabilitation
Administrative services
Training and human development
General supply
General trade
General transport
Logistics services

This is a commercial fact before it is a legal one. A client contracting for strategy, software, hardware and training contracts with one entity for all of it.

How we are organised

Advise

Strategy, structure, governance and positioning. This is where we act as your agent rather than your vendor.

Build

The engineering. Backend, frontend, mobile, infrastructure and security, built and integrated.

Sustain

Training and support. This is where most implementations quietly fail.

Our services are organised in three layers, because that is the order in which work actually happens. You can engage any layer on its own. Organisations regularly hire us to assess a programme we will never build, or to rescue a system someone else wrote.

How we work

Each layer runs to its own sequence, and an engagement can start at any of the three. Many clients only ever use one, and we are regularly hired to assess a programme we will never build.

  1. 1.

    Scoping

What decision the work has to support, who has to be convinced by it, and what evidence already exists. This is where we tell you if the question you are asking is the wrong one.

  2. 2.

    Diagnostic

Workshops, document review, system and data inventory, and interviews with the people who actually run the process rather than the people who own it on the chart.

  3. 3.

    Options and recommendation

A written assessment with sequenced options, costs and trade-offs, including the cost of changing nothing. Where our own platforms fit we say so, and where they do not we say that too.

  4. 4.

    Handover

The document is yours. You can tender from it, act on it, or hand it to another vendor. Where a tender follows an assessment we wrote, we do one or the other, not both.

  1. 1.

    Discovery

Workshops with the people who actually do the work, a business requirements document and a software requirements specification, and a map of the existing process including the parts nobody has written down.

  2. 2.

    Design

Technical architecture, data model and interface design taken to interactive prototype before a line of production code is written.

  3. 3.

    Development

Backend, frontend and mobile built in parallel, with integration to your existing systems treated as a first-class requirement.

  4. 4.

    Quality assurance

Functional testing, user acceptance testing with your staff, performance testing under realistic load, and security testing.

  5. 5.

    Deployment

Production environment preparation, data migration from whatever you are running now, and a controlled go-live.

  6. 6.

    Training

Administrator and end-user training, with written documentation your team keeps.

  7. 7.

    Support

Hypercare after launch, then ongoing support against an agreed service level, with improvements released on a schedule you can plan around.

Where a build follows an advisory engagement with us, stage one is already done and the project starts at design. Hardware supply and commissioning runs inside stage five, under the same contract as the system it carries.

  1. 1.

    Transition

System inventory, code review and a documented baseline. This applies whether we built the system or inherited it from someone who did not document it.

  2. 2.

    Enablement

Administrator and end-user training, written documentation your team keeps, and train-the-trainer programmes where you want the capability in-house rather than on retainer.

  3. 3.

    Operate

Tiered support L1 to L3 against agreed response and resolution times, preventive maintenance, monitoring and patching.

  4. 4.

    Improve

Scheduled improvement releases and a periodic review of what failed, what changed and what should change next.

The team

Every discipline the three layers require, under one roof, which is what lets a single contract run from strategy to support.

How we staff this

Some disciplines are delivered by our own staff and some with accredited specialist partners. In both cases the work runs under RouteFlex management on a single contract. The arrangement behind a service does not change who you deal with, or who carries responsibility when something goes wrong.

Working languages

Arabic and English across everything: documentation, interfaces, training and support. Systems are built for right-to-left use rather than translated into it afterwards.
