The system fails when the organisation around it doesn't change.

Who this is for

Leadership teams preparing for a restructure, a growth phase, a merger, a new venture, or a technology programme large enough to change how people work.

The problem

Failed transformation programmes are rarely engineering failures. The software worked; the organisation it landed in was never adjusted to receive it. Reporting lines stayed as they were, approvals stayed informal, and nobody was made accountable for the new process. We do this work because we have watched it decide whether a build succeeds.

What we do

  • Strategic plans, business plans and operational plans
  • Administrative and operational strategy development
  • Feasibility studies for projects, ventures and new business lines
  • Business model development
  • Organisational design: operating models, administrative structures, role definition
  • Institutional restructuring and operational process improvement
  • Corporate governance frameworks, policies and operating procedures
  • Risk and quality management structures
  • Change management for technology and structural programmes
  • Performance evaluation frameworks and HR advisory

The platform behind it

Delivered by business analysts and strategists, not a product. Where a structural decision needs system support, it hands directly to the Build layer.

How an engagement runs

Typically four to twelve weeks, depending on scope. Diagnostic and stakeholder interviews, then findings and options, then an agreed target structure with a sequenced implementation plan. Feasibility studies run shorter, usually three to six weeks to a written recommendation.

What you get

Written deliverables you own: the plan or study, the target operating model, the policy and procedure set, the implementation sequence, and the measures that will tell you whether it worked.

Commercial strategy, market entry and campaign work sit in Marketing & Communications. This service covers the organisation itself: what it does, how it is structured, and whether a proposed venture is worth doing.

Frequently asked questions

No. Consulting engagements are sold and delivered independently. We are regularly hired to assess programmes we will never build.

We offer marketing and commercial advisory as planning and strategy, market entry, expansion, business model and positioning. We do not run campaigns, buy media or produce content. Where a client needs that, we introduce a partner.

Four to twelve weeks depending on scope, with the diagnostic phase usually taking the first two.

One conversation is usually enough to tell you what the engagement actually involves, which parts you need, and which parts you do not.
